Slovenia have withdrawn from the treaty ( but are still liable for damages

AST legal costs are covered by an insurance agreement where the legal company will be paid on a successful result.

I never have said that you will get anywhere near the full amount. But a 10% out of court payment by Slovenia would mean £50million in cash coming into a £4m market cap company.
