Accounts diabolical - Seem to have lost their way - Too many trolls messing up the threads - Might however now be a t/o target for PE wanting to expand into the private investment market.

Worries about cash flow - Mr Market marked down - Technology however attracting major future clients but (imo) will need further funds - How they are gained will determine direction of SP.

Potentially clobbered with the same great growth prospects that Reeves has lumbered on the county -

Massive increase in taxes, national insurance and virtually impossible to fire slackers who are not pulling their weight -

Also do not forget that the NHS is addicted to saying NO as they are drugged with NIH syndrome

Unless significant orders received and deliveries made and paid for soon, and if cash burn at previous rates (ok they have moved to possibly cheaper offices and reduced R&D) they may to need more funds soon (imo)

If so guesses as what will be the placing price? - Or could there be a risk of them doing a HEIQ.

Gracewood:- Technology does not yet appear to be approved under building regs- Suggest you do some detailed research on UK building reg before you comment again.

Basic problem sales (genuine sales through to ultimate users and not just pipeline filling). SED are a minnow in the fire extinguisher marketplace - Their original marketing strategy appears to have failed. Even at 0.5p I have doubts if Mr Market would support a new fundraise - Also check out the UK competitors - better funded and apparently significantly better sales.

Significant risk (imo) of being vultured - Currently valued at less that many detached houses in the south of England.

Gut feel suggests that most of the trades marked as sells are probably buys and as another poster suggested a very larges dump being worked. Only time will tell. Main risk however is if further funding needed -

Agreed price falling out of bed, but why Octopus buying? They should have a good idea if more funds needed unless they suspect a possible future rights might be a placement above current price. A bit like the recent one for Getech - GTC

You may well be right the JellyWorks one was a ROWLAND, Jonathan David not JJ Rowland - The JellyWorks Rowland was appointed on 25 April 2000 and Resigned on 16 August 2000 However the Tomorrow Partners one was founded in April 2012 by a Jonathan Rowland No apparent middle initial - So confused - Thoughts?
