All that needs saying is in the title............
See previous posts......... Nothing changed........ The Lunatics & Dinosaurs still run the Asylum...........
What a ridiculous request, what would you like? My name and adress, postcode and telephone number and area of work. Or would you prefer a picture posted on here with an I work for Tanfield sign strewn around my neck. Is your middle name Sherlock or have you being watching too many Dixon of Dock Green repeats.
If you could take a look at my previous posts regarding the production management I can assure you nothing has changed!!! Same old story im afraid. Nothing will change either as long as old acquaintances remain intact. I still retain an interest in Tan but only because I can not afford to cut my losses. If only you guys could see what I see everyday you would be horrified. I am sure my fellow work mate Leo would agree.
Wrong Paint Plant Myo this one has pride of place at Vigo and is used to paint all parts for Snorkel Platforms. Alas it now is being touted around like an unwanted car.
1 Paint Plant, 1 former owner, used occasionally, full service history ( Honest )!!!
OH I Forgot to mention TC a lot and i mean a lot of stock is obsolete or decaying in the car park.
If anything happens the directors cant loose out either way they have covered all bases. Simple as that. M T the days are long gone when people work at 16.57 at Tanfield barely enough work for 07.30 on a monday never mind friday. Only a handfull of people will know what is happening with snorkel in the states and that handfull spend an awfull lot of their time there. However we cant get parts from the States part of the division so try and work that out we cant!
Directors on the shopfloor looking at shelf stock over the last couple of days also very little being produced, lots of machines littered around waiting for parts that drip in now and again. The dinosaur is upsetting the wrong people and rumours are that a key member of the management team is about to join up with his old workmate who recently jumped ship from Upright/Snorkel..... We are all mystified as to how this fella gets away with his childish tantrums as often as he does, he is supposed to be one of the heads of production! Never mind he at least provides us with some form of amusement everybody loves a clown. The stock levells are being allowed to drop alarmingly and if any big orders did come in we couldnt produce them as we have no stock, the supply chain has been ripped apart and every supplier has to practically beg for payment we are on stop with just about everybody!!!! Be very lucky if we see any redundancy money here.
Thanks for pointing out what everyody already knew!! We all know what Snorkel has cost and is still costing The Tanfield Group however all i stated was which part of the business brings in regular sales at the moment. What has SEV cost The Tanfield Group? I will answer it for you! Their reputation! And we all know that a good reputation is hard to buy. I have the good ( some may think unfortunate ) opportunity to see things from the inside not what you read on forums and in newspapers etc, so choose to ignore my posts if you want. If you think you know more than i do then please take another look at my 1st post earily acurate you might find. Nevermind, enjoy your pompous lessons they are working very well.
