yep i read the recent article as well.. and it did not give any indication as to which way box should go,where did he state about "box set of bearcasts"....

we will see, however i would like to add, i would not make a decision about buying/selling until some news about the winding up petition...

Ian i agree..i do doubt this company will get wound up because of that...the fact alone that eupay ows money and comes up with a wind up petition smells rather fishy imo...the bounce came a bit earlier than i suspected, wish i had some funds to put in here...but i dont so yeah....kind of sucks lol

yep i agree...i myself am not going to buy yet,,nevertheless i think the sp is massively undervalued once and if this winding up petition gets settled this will fly back to .30ish in my opinion....

what seems to be all the fuss about: I now understand that at the heart of some of the shenanigans is a dispute between the owner of EuPay Group and Phil Jackson about the use of funds within EuPay while Phil was a Director there, with the argument being that funds were dissipated and sent Boxhill’s way for no consideration.
