as i thought In line with limiting the number of shares issued, the Directors currently envisage that there should not be a need for further equity funding until at least the latter part of 2017, when it is envisaged that results associated with the Redmoor drilling programme will be released. so now should be a really good time to invest if going fo the long run.. cant see why with proper news the company couldnt bag from current levels, in the following months. i imagine a lot of people bought in on the spike to 1p as well.(twis's fault probably lol) but what about the rail settlement claims for 600k or something like that..glimpsed on tha as well..but cant see if we have been already payed for that or not ???

any idea of how much is the CARE's Hanns Camp tenement in Western Australia valued, based on the test results... dont like it that they have assets valued approx 3times less then the current mcap..that is why i ask (like i said i trade the chart)

so about redmoor the company is issuing shares to nae. which gives money to sml, who then uses the money to acquire shares in naes subsidiary redmoor An equity raising of £429,000 was conducted in June in preparation for completing the acquisition of a 50% interest in the Redmoor Tin/Tungsten project and for potential CARE tenement related exploration; after that statement, the company then announced an extension to the agreement, allowing it to acquire the 50% stake in february... seems a bit odd, considering the company was previously supper confident about acquiring the shares in redmoor, before 31 december... Secure funding to exercise the Company's option to take up a 50% interest in the Redmoor Tin/Tungsten project; and... are they implying financing facility or more dilution, as has already happened there again

and fully funded, you dont get that often on aim cperking, if they do intend to raise shareholder value, and progress the company without unnecessary dilution. then 10 bagger is the least it is gonna do in the long run imo.. but somehow as always i doubt what the bod is saying..
