The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Not that i ever listen or invest based upon them, it will be interesting to see what their new SP calls are for the new PMO
Actually Bobster hoping BP might go sub £2 then i will buy in -
DBNO clearly based upon some factual evidence thsi SP you mention?
What did you think of the presentation DBNO ?
Hereshopin - PMO was shot to bits thanks to TOny ! It really didn't have many other choices and would have been faced with increaesed financing costs with the increased debt (Thanks TOny for your delusions) which would have further burdoned an already stretched balance sheet - this came across clear on the presentation.
Longer term this will be a force to be reckoned with IMO
Its such a pleasant change to hear some competance and order and clear visions - instead of Tony droaning on and faffing around answwers. my immediate opinion is competance of Harbour and Chrysaor.
For those who didnt listen - i strongly suggest you listen when you get the chance - the whole thing is available for a limited days after. The slides show some very solid and significant resources in the new merged entity and is very open on production and potential - its a good story to read IMO
Love what i am hearing - i can see this has some long and very strong legs
Bobster - longer term view, this could do a lot better than you were hoping for under PMO
If traders like SK and myself, yes we lose a volatile share but there are plenty of others - for the 'new' PMO - this is a good thing IMO
Debt is clear, Tony is gone and the world is its oyster - whats not to like truly ?
will clarify a few things no doubt . . . lets see SP action as this call progresses
Happy, i am sure there are many invested here and everywhere else who are sitting on averages in other comapnies way below their break even, so why id PMO any different - a quick look at its peers tells you the same story, noting HUR, ENQ, TLW, SOU, even the likes of ENIU, RDSA & BP.
At least you answered the question that your clearly avoiding and presume your not invested here so if not go leave us alone - there is enough upset and hardship in this planet without people like you trying to create more for their own greedy gain.
Just read it again and again - i cant see much downside, debt wiped clean, increased production levels and (what appears to be) a proper competant BOD's for a change.
As SK pointed out and form what i read again, this ia reverse takeover, so Chrys without a current listing on the LSE will merge to PMO and use PMO's current listing, so i guess all us current shareholders need do nothing, just sit tight - unless anyone see;s it differently
Frankly the more you read it and forget the mess PMO was in and the debacle with Tony, then this looks like a damn good deal - what will be a significant company to rival the best and with no debt ?
Devon, its a formality, mark my words . . . they wouldnt go to all this expense and trouble and then shout it from the hills without it already being a done deal. everyones pockets will get lined, including useless Tony's!
Happy, you have no idea of my modus opperandi so please dont tell me what benefit this will or wont have for me - PLUS you most definitely said that there will never ever be a TO or Buy out - clearly you were wrong ! There is black and white my friend and you were neither.
Question: are you invested in PMO ?
Devon, of course the creditors will agree - its just a formality
Happy - you were wrong wrong wrong and now your trying to spew even more bad news - go take a long walk off a short pier and do yourself a favour
Or busy some shares and then have a weighted opinion . . .
Yep i tested liquidity and bought a few on dip also
ANyone buying here - get a stake in new entity?
- just thought they (Cry) will aslo pick up Zama and when that sale goes through, that will be a lovely kick for them
Those of us that decide to hold, will have those shares automatically converted to new shares in the new company at value to be determined i guess - the c30p sounds about right to me for new SP
Expect SP actin to pick up later in the day as II's decide on their positioning
He will have to build new delusions of grandeur:)
Undoubtedly he will get a handsome cash out
I agree (again as i have said before) with some earlier posts that there is much underhand dealings and shenanigans going on here - the BP deal, ARCM, the previous debt restructure, ZAMA - all have good reason for the FCA to investigate PMO, the BOD and Tony IMO
Just hit 30 % Up !
Who gives a F !
Seesm to be massively benefiting form this deal - up 17% ! WOnder what will happen to Sea Lion
