Mining WK is not in the least bit concerning (to me) it is marvellous - taking all things into consideration we do not know who will be mining it, but someone will be and this indicates several different potential possibilities which we referenced previously all IMO positive.

The fact the co won a tax case in Russia with the subsequent increase in margin tax rate from 22% to 6% may enable the company potential options to mine or sell?

It’s clear now why the company was moth balled last year and appears the asset will be mined by someone this year?

Winning the case was crucial and now we will see what path they will take potentially either option may now be possible?

With tax returns & VAT returns pending if mining themselves sale of concentrate along with future revenue means company is solid and solvent same scenario if asset sale is on which IMO the aforementioned will have made more viable hence KK winning the case was a blinder. 👍

If EUA are mining then conceivably would only be for WK in order to do so then this appears to indicate there is no issue selling the existing concentrate (perhaps they have) or future concentrate?

For anyone else to be prepping I don’t know how this would work as a sale has not been confirmed (as far as we know) could the sub hire on behalf of another party 🤷‍♂️

WK will not be able to fully produce until May as it needs to thaw but think we will have answers long before that either way the BoD may have played a blinder here it appears the tax win has opened things up for EUA.

Either the company or third party (buyer) are mining this year you don’t advertise new roles unless gearing up for the new season which at WK would start late spring.
