I cannot see UBS getting out of bed for 35p IMO that valuation is way off, EUA have already stated more than once to maximise value, have worked for 2 decades to achieve as much and also made it clear they are in no rush to extract the maximum.
Failing that I believe they would be looking to mine themselves hence double it and your in the ball park.

We have discussed it and given you perfectly reasonable response as to why mining ourselves is unrealistic and why selling the company is in the interests of the board and the shareholders.
It is in fact you who cannot discuss or make points without becoming emotionally irrational assuming everyone is anticipating £1-£2 a share, many long term investors are very rational and understand that these figures may not be achieved?

A couple of additions to the board? Where are you going to get the industrial machinery, the man power and the processing done then?
That aside the other points raised, going alone is a cloud cuckoo scenario it's not happening it's being sold which I think you will find the majority of shareholders welcome with joy particualrly when you consider the acumen of the EUA board.

The EUA board are geologists and businessmen, EUA does not have and never will have capacity to mine at the capacity required to deliver the results detailed in the previous RNS's, MT needs a miner with experience and at industrial level.
Have you not observed WK to date? Fair play they are minng but after 3 years serious production is yet to materialise.
Then you have a geo political complexity, and world events such as covid?
EUA were always going to sell and rightly so, going alone is impractical to put it mildly.

I also wrote to my broker some time ago in regards to lending or borrowing shares and they confirmed they neither lent out or allowed shares to be borrrowed?
Anyway I think you should contact them on this as you should be able to sell while in suspension.

I would ring Charles Stanley up if I were you and ask them?
Some platforms are showing the shares, but a value of 0.00p for example (assume due to suspension)?
