I don't think the BOD were concerned that we were reaching a level, I think the market was concerned we were reaching a level that was compromising their ability to accumulate at prices low enough to multibag.

Everyone wants a deal today however look at the positives, we have the very best UBS & DLA Piper working for us on aFSP and are in a NDA period.
Needless to say given the fact we know multiple partys are involved then it is highly likely a bidding process might be occuring.
That being the case a little patience is required, and before you complain you have been waiting months....some of us have been here years, we are nearly at the end of the road so either suck it up and look at the positives (which 2 years ago were a dream) or sell up and move on cos belive me 'they' want you out and will gobble your holding up with glee.

When EUA comes in I'm buying a Jaguar ipace, had a go in one great car and it's built in the UK so all good by me.

10yen, Japan is one place I very much want to visit post EUA and Covid I hope to visit with my wife.

I have nothing against day traders, I tried it many moons ago and was successful to a point...until I started losing LOL!
Personally I found it frustrating and stressful so I changed strategy to look for some under priced potential long term big wins and found 2 EUA being my golden chalice, and hence became an investor. That of course also had its ups and downs and huge amounts of patience and some fortitude given the years involved (yes years), however given the amount of shares one is able to accumulate at a low price the rewards make day trading look like trading peanuts.
The day traders add to the pot though and ensure churn which is all good IMO but just not for me thanks very much.

TDT was smart, well read and presented an argument you had to read his posts and check and double check as annoying as TDT was and in hindsight totally wrong his argument was strong.
These Jonny come latelys are hopeless poorly researched no clue about DFS or the work being performed by absolute precision and previous drill results.....laughable.
And all this BS while their own disastrous investments sadly capitulate to Covid.
