I read a closing price of $3 or higher qualifies for NASDAQ, reading up on that there appeared to be a few caveats so not sure if ARB would be admitted if
the closing price is $3 or higher?

When I first researched this I watched Mr Wall do a Q&A and that encapsulated the moment I knew ARB was a raging buy.

Well if it's to be then surely EUA would have to RNS just prior or simultanious time to NN announcing?
Could they be synchronsing watches tomorrow am, who knows?

I think NN will be heavily involved and in partnership with another big player, I also think the likely hood of a bidding war given the non binding offers, could Elon and NN be involved? I see no reason why not he needs what EUA have.

100% agree with you, their constant negativity and divide and conquer agenda has proven one thing they don't care about you so turn it off ideally chuck the TV in the skip and read a book you will be much happier for not listening to these narcissists.

I don’t rule anything out however if you were intent on a JV then why waste 2 years progressing down a sale route engaging the banks, DLA piper etc when we had a JV with Sinosteel on the plate?

Believe they are fully committed to a sale IMO.

JV - a JV is not the company’s primary objective their preference is a sale as clarified via the abundance of official information released to date.
The scale of the resources for sale are of such magnitude a major mining operation will be required of the calibre only a NN type operation could effectively work, why would a company the size of NN want to be sharing huge profits with a tiny explorer when they could buy it outright for slightly more to reap true benefit later?
If I were a major miner buying would be the preference with no external unwanted influence.

I would strongly urge people to not hang onto random social media posts, given the shambles on this BB recently it's a lesson to be taken with a pinch of salt.

For me the research conducted over the years gave the belief the company was honouring their commitment to add value to the company and for shareholders to benefit.
Cannot speak for any other company in a similar scenario as do not know the fundamentals but here very confident we have a top notch BoD.

Theres no reason why it cannot duel list, this obsession with US NASDAQ and all things American is a red herring and completely irrelevant to the future of ARB.
This company is extremly well run with a sharp CEO, why some of you think you know better is beyond me that aside you lose all your privilages being with LSE, ISA, London duel listing.
