Just bought in yesterday see that they have announced purchase of HES FOR 4.1 m

The model is that if what made provident financial strong for years until the altered that model . Many of the provis collectors now work for nsf . Think it will continue to march north and have bought in on the back of that . They are filling the gap left by provi .all IMO OF COURSE

don't know if I have left leave of my senses here but have got back in for £3k think it will lift a bit. Flipping meddling Germans !!!

Imo there has been an undercurrent throughout my dealings in this share sine it hit 10p I think in September. Wired stuff has gone on allowing big holders not to get caught with their pants round their ankles. I like you all could have sold 2x st 26 p and thought better of it and lost out on 60 k profit . I am still intrigued by what is going on here I still wonder what is being hidden from us mortals that the Inst know . I will keep my eye on this as there is possibly another turn in this yet .

Hi I have been off here having sold rest of what I had at 19 . I always said I thought the company was ok but in a rough trough financially but could and should trade out if allowed. I will reinvest in it goes sour although not until we see the year end position .

Did anyone notice that at close price showed 20.5p then reduced down ? Does anyone know why this happens . I sold another tranch today now just 83 k shares have moved on and made elsewhere

Ricky fits I had quite a large holding here and have derisked here and cut my holding by 2/3 rds enough to make it worth while if there is another offer while having taken some profit and released some capital to reinvest else where . There is as you say a risk that this could go pear shaped but I doubt it at this low sp imo

if they find more financial issues offer can be withdraw at any point. so not yet a dead cert but imo its too cheap to walk away from

I struggle to see why BOD have agreed to this unless it's their only life line . I am derisking here as to a white knight where the f*** is he .?
