I've been invested since just before the CPR, and the running theme has been that a lot of people just don't understand the RNS's we receive. They are not geared toward your average PI. Malcy has commented many times saying how the market does not appreciate what Zephyr has, its because the market doesn't ruddy understand the companies communications! All is well here, just more patience needed. And as you've stated, permits should be very soon! Hopefully the market understands that!

Personally micru, I think they would have gone ahead with the crypto operation if it was our only option, which at the time it was. I think there is still news to come that may reveal a new path for 16-2, just a gut feeling. But I'd rather they didn't spend 2 million of the companies money on a sideshow if its not needed.

Don't think anyone here has suggested they were here for the crypto Oakey. Just a disappointment in being told the change of plan so late. But as I mentioned prior, I'm sure there is reason for that. Probably because they didn't want to update the market until they had this new acreage in hand. Imagine the fallout if the 16-2 update came as a stand alone rns....

Each to their own doddy. You've got to do what you've got to do. Personally I disagree, and think you will regret selling if that's the decision you make. You say it ain't going to happen, but you can see on the utah oil and gas website, and the BLM link below posted by Adon that things are progressing with regard to the three well drilling programme. I do agree, it is poor that it's taken this long to inform us that the crypto mine would not go ahead, but as others had mentioned, perhaps they have to had to wait for an alternative plan to fall in place. Time will tell. All the best with what ever decision you make.

We would have applied for federal approval at the same time as state approval? We put our initial applications in months ago.

Agreed Adon. And I don't think our Federal permits will be long, they can't be if the company wants to complete the drilling programme as stated, and it would appear we've added to our workload with the 10,000ft lateral now so they must be confident. Hopefully next week!

Essentially just a rehash of the RNS. Hopefully we get a better research note from Panmure Gordon, including a target price.

In light of this then, the company must be pretty confident in gaining federal approval soon if they intend to drill 3 wells and the lateral by year end.

Not so sure Bliss, read investicats post. I may have misunderstood. Clarity definitely required.

It says in the proactive interview, they hope to have completed 1 well before December 2023 Bliss. As pointed out though, it looks like we will be able to tie in immediately.

Agreed Ezhik. Mixed bag indeed. Positives to be taken. But not what we wanted to hear. I hope for some clarification from CH today. Hopefully in the current climate in the USA the federal permits don't take too long.

Multiple interview of late. The whole point of the crypto facility was to facilitate the extended well test. I'm sure other posters will back me on this.

Indeed IG. I am hoping for an interim with CH to clarify, else i will be emailing to find out.

Micru. It's been referred to an extended well test for god knows how long. Chill.

Interesting. So more acreage acquired adding estimated 4m barrels of oil to 2c resources. Also massively improved economics of the new wells.

But...16-2 now will not be getting a co located crypto facility. So those that have been against that have got their wish. I'd like to understand what he means by waiting for "long lead time" items. Hopefully an interview will follow to clarify a few points. But overall positive.

Maybe Blissful, Thursdays are good for RNS's. Seems to be a common factor, Mondays and Thursdays amongst my investments.
