You're absolutely right in that BBG has greatly improved his interview skills and maybe I was a tad dismissive. Still no RNS so whatever BBG has to say is not going to blow our socks off.
I'm trying to be supportive but as each day goes by, it's getting more difficult.

I fear you may well be right LIVESTOCK. if so the SP will suffer too.

Some investors might prefer to stay under the radar but own just under 3%...

ARKONITE:
Only >3% per individual shareholder or company.
A company is an individual entity which I would say is key.
If Mrs Arkonite owns 1.5% and Mr Arkonite also own 1.5% shares in the same stock but they are separately owned then no declaration is required unless of course they then decide to gift their shares to the other by way of say a a will due to a death etc.
I hope this makes sense.

Bill cannot announce another JV without releasing an RNS first. However, there is of course still time to do so!

BUT if I recall (and please anybody correct me if I'm wrong) Bill was "erring and umming" a lot when talking about D2 prior to the RNS dated 10 June 2021 that stating Capstone were effectively pulling out. I personally won't expand further on this as we'll have further heated debates I'm sure!

I think we're all agreed we need clarity:
Clarity on where we are going in the short to mid-term future.
I'd prefer clarity on the TW topic and total transparency with any other interested parties and to confirm whether there is a conflict of interest. Personally, I doubt there is, but to reassure the PIs and more importantly the Stock Market.
Anything else will have to be via RNS IE another JV with someone else.
