As I said, this AGM was just for the boring Company stuff as required in their Mem & Arts (Memorandum & Articles of Association on how the run the company ie the financial reporting and BOD bits 'n bobs. They could not suddenly drop any jaw dropping news on us unless it was released via RNS first. As all the BOD are still in office (re-elected) then yes they can continue to focus on their day jobs and get this Company up to where it should be.

Remuneration of the Auditors and voting back in the various directors etc. Nothing more. If AOB was on the agenda then they couldn't say too much as there was no RNS beforehand.

This might seem a silly question, but I will pose it anyway...
TP will soon be re-evaluating UFO and with luck we could see 1.5p, 3.0p or more. However how does this actually work? Today we're at .85p then say tomorrow the re-valuation comes in at 3.0p. This cannot go in one massive tick up as there will be a stampede from profit takers thus tanking the SP again. Would the re-valuation be in small stages or what?

Nice one Max. Agreed lots to digest before the AGM with luck of course. The lead up would be perfect timing and should be maximised assuming there is indeed something to announce. Personally I’d be surprised if there was nothing to feed us hungry investors. GLA
