Personally, I have no concerns about any director and their affiliation as it's readily declared and not covered up. I would also add that as they seem to know each other, it will help grease the wheels of any deal that is struck and I don't mean that anything underhand will transpire. If shares or money changes hands, it will have to be disclosed as our BOD will be obligated to give fair and reasonable value for money on all such goings on.
Whether it could go to a resolution to be voted on is another thing, but so far I've no doubt our BOD are acting in our best interests.
