Clearly Novaax lied and as per anybody else lying on their entry visa should not be allowed to enter Australia. It is only money talking here, but I hope the Australian Government make an example of him.

No it depends upon what side of the trade price was bought. We still use a very outdated algorithm which cannot really keep up with the massive amounts of daily trades. Therefore buys often are seen as sells immediately which I think sort themselves out after trading hours, but I'm sure someone can put it more eloquently than me. You could also say that the MMs are playing their games again and a scaring PIs to sell their shares. If you look at it, they are still being bought which is a good thing. The previous placing was snapped up in hours so investors new and old firmly believe in the Company.
