Well there you have it, you have a GM. If you're not happy with Harry then as I suggested previously, use the GM to vote him out as he's given it to you on a plate. Download the Memorandum & Articles of Association which describes how to run the Company and how to conduct GMs, look up about voting off Directors and get the agenda item noted before the AGM.
Otherwise you cannot really complain about him.
What that would do to the SP would be interesting though.

IMHO I would be bold enough to suggest that we have already got people interested in us, but they have requested that our BOD get their ducks in a line first by obtaining 100% of the area and thus paving the way before they commit. Unfortunately, this doesn't quite fit into my personal timeline as I will be looking for funds by end of January/beginning of February 2022 so I might have to release some shares. But hey we're not quite there yet and anything can happen between now and then.

BASEL3 starts from 1 January 2022 so I thought the idea was to stop the multiple selling of paper silver. IE sell only against physical. Mind you, with all the FIAT Money printed of late the £, $ or Euro aren't actually backed 100% by anything anymore which makes BASEL3 laughable assuming you believe it will make the difference. Have to wait and see, but this constant manipulation is getting somewhat depressing.
