Questions to ask your self . Does the CEO of Sxx deserve a multi million pounds payday while investors that built his mine get nothing? He has continued to mislead investors and has damaged the lives of thousands of people . If the mine Is getting closed as long as CF loses too I will be there to help fill it in! "Stuff 'em"

except when the CEO decided to ask for more more money by offering new shares starting at 15p each less than 6 months ago?? That was fairly "foolish" to trust CF when he gave a fairly positive overview of the company's position. This offer was completely hidden from all investors and has only been Public knowledge for a few weeks despite reports that AAL have been snooping around the mine for a long while now. Yorkshire is far from the sea but something smells fishy.

I could (should) have brought a small house and lived off the rent instead of paying Chris Fraser to rob me blind and dole out my money to him and his rich banker mates. Not selling as I refuse to pay the £12 HL will charge me to sell just so I can lose 75% of my money.

Do retail share holders currently have a say or voting rights within the company about this deal that is being gmade or is it only the BOD allowed to say what becomes of our money? I mean the company executives basically used us as personal piggy banks for lots of freeee money for themselves

Absolutely agree to other posters here, there are so many investors we too have a voting rights to stop this happening and prevent the BOD walking away with our Cash. This deal seems to only benefit C.F and his BOD while robbing many private investors of their money

This is very bad news for older share holders or share holders who brought above 10p imo.

Hi all, just wanted to ask what your story behind investing in sxx was? Was it recommend by a friend who had shares, did you overhear about it in a pub? Read about it in the Motely ?
