LTV there is always a conflict of interest in any takeover, the terms of the deal will include what happens to the senior Execs in the company being acquired.

They could stay on with a nice new job, they could leave with a very nice pay off, they always end up ok.

Just the normal modus operandi. Hence you shouldn’t put all your trust in the BoD and Execs, they will naturally drive their own agenda in these situations.

Hi FFC - Yes, I take the movement seriously. I just hope people are voting with their eyes open to the possible outcomes and probabilities (I think generally they are).

Each person has a different situation. I would imagine that with each day that passes the ‘no’ vote becomes stronger as anyone who would want to vote ‘yes’ should really just sell up now to safeguard at least 5p.

For me, I am waiting for the vote outcome and then deciding if there is a possibility for another buy into the share.

I still think there are some people who need to take financial advise before voting just to avoid any head scratching once this thing plays out.

I posted this previously and will say it again, irrespective of what happens PIs will always lose more than CF.

He will just find another position which pays seven figures, that’s the way it works, (rightly or wrongly).

Yes he missed out on a big pay cheque but he will have raked it in till now and will continue to do so. No skin off his nose versus PIs who have no savings or drastically reduced pensions. I doubt he will find himself in a situation where his lifestyle is impacted in any way.

Yes, a big slap on the wrists for him but not much more than that.

Looks like a ‘no’ vote is now a serious possibility. I assume the share price will return to the 3/3.5p range if this happens, which could provide new investors a lucrative potential return if anyone is able to raise cash for the site, or if we see a 6p+ revised or counter offer.

Gertfrobe, I don’t t think his family are complaining. He is making money on his 250k shares he purchased and the 1%+ they own is going to net them £7m+. What’s more he has them in a trust.

It’s an odd tweet. My read of the situation is that they are not in a hurry to ramp up communication at this stage.

Once they know the drill results and formulate a development plan, this is when we will get above the radar level.

SP showing 5%+ upside on 4.5p offer. If people don’t think admin is a likely outcome then there is only upside from here.

Given the momentum and the fact sharesoc is the only group doing anything to potentially try and change the likely outcome, the only reason for people still holding the share not to join is laziness.

Lots of hot air posters on here who love to complain about being robbed and ask for stuff to be done by others. I wonder how many will be at the vote???

To move things forward you need move ‘activists’ like MaxD, he seems to be actually doing something, so kudos to him.
