Isn't the US JV with CoTec a 60%/40% split in CoTec's favour , since the JV is with Maginito, and Cotec own 20%?
Long term holder here but rarely post on this forum.
The silence with regards to Microtox PD is becoming a concern IMO.
We have seen a lot of investment in supply chain and upgrading manufacturing capacities, but no inclination on potential orders.
China Resources JV Q3 21??
US roll out Q3 21??
MOU with Abingdon April 22??
The whole debacle with Omega Diagnostics where they increased capacity on DHSC request, but were then left high and dry with no orders comes to mind.
The Q1 launch for the Microtox PD mobile units was a real damp squib, there is no reference to Microtox PD on the Modern Water website.
We were previously told production capacity would be 200 units a month by April 22, is this happening?
Where is the demand?
Gerry over to you.
The market needs numbers and some substance to all the bluster.
IF (and it's a big if) Oilex get 100% of the Cambay basin PSC, this company would be their likely farm in partner IMO. They have been buying numerous blocks in Gujarat.

good luck to all LTH you deserve some luck..
One last article, which sums it up really. GSPC fury at Oilex threat to snatch Cambay PSC. GSPC has lashed out at its London-listed Australian partner Oilex over a threat to eject it. http://www.petrowatch.com/synopsis.php?artId=16918&w=1
Well, after too many years in Oilex to remember, I have finally taken the decision to sell my remaining holding. I had high hopes that the PSC renewal would signal a new era for Oilex, but it seems not. JS has taken the same path as other MD's as promising a lot but not delivering IMO. Not prepared to wait for GSPC anymore, i can see another court case looming. I wish all LTH good luck hopefully you can reclaim some lost monies, if they can get 100% of the PSC, I might be back.
It's interesting that they are owed in excess of $5M but only asking for $3M.
guod, That's what is concerning me, the change in sentiment. They have gone from "PSC renewal will kickstart Cambay project" to unnecessarily pointing out that no funding will lead to delays.(no shit) Too many hints, without any substance for my liking. Plus JS is not responding to emails anymore.
TeelaBrown Wishful thinking i make it 0.221p. Starting to think that it's all promises with no substance again, just like the tenures of RM and BM... I will give JS another month then I'm off.
Cornhill flipping their share? That's all I can think of. The Company has also agreed to grant Cornhill 88,888,888 unlisted options exercisable at 0.225 pence per share exercisable within 3 years of grant, subject to shareholder approval to be obtained at the General Meeting of shareholders on 3 May 2017.
15M @ 0.25p decent size buy
Vestor Hoping for news this week regarding PSC renewal and possibly New partner for Cambay and funding details. But we'll see..
They don't have to repay Oilex in cash, a % of Cambay would do!!
Hi Cookie, Yes I spotted that change in tone. They are hoping for it to be awarded EOM, but as you say I expect it sooner. With regards to SP, I'm not too sure that it will have a massive effect on the SP, however, as I have said before, I think this this will be the trigger for other events, (New strategic partner, GSPC payments etc) FWIW. I think GSPC will give up roughly 30% of Cambay in lieu of monies owed to Oilex. Oilex will then farm down as well to leave the new partner 40-50%. This should give sufficient funds for the two vertical wells. AIMHO
Weirdly the shareholding list has just been further updated so Rock now own 9.04%
Not sure but they have increased their holding but there has been no RNS to notify this. It's a nominee account so who knows? http://oilex.com.au/investor-information/aim-rule-26-information
