After writing to the company yesterday - see below. To day I have written to the bank of England questioning the time taken to investigate a two-bit- broker that is Jarvis.

Be proactive - Grant is taking the ....out of us.

29 months gone and we are still waiting for a conclusion to this disaster. Either Jarvis are rotten to the core or Grant is happy to let this drag on rather than fix his and his companies mistake. Long overdue for the silent majority to realise they are taking the out of you, be proactive and complain to Jarvis and the FCA / bank of England about the time taken.

I don't think registering a protest is wrong. Jarvis doesn't reply anyway. We are days away from this investigation going into its 21st month and the delayed report being four months late, can't be right ! .

A few weeks ago I sent an email to the FCA - even for me it was very blunt. I raised lots of points but the main one being the skilled person report that was due to be handed in by the 28th Feb, three months later we are still waiting. I asked if there was a reason or just a ploy to extract more money from this two bit broker - Jarvis. All credit to the FCA as 5 working days later I received an email reply explaining the roll of the FCA across the board. For details of the case they forwarded on my email. At the end of play on the following day an FCA supervisor . Obviously no details were given to me as an ongoing investigation, but they had read my points and replied. A few links were given for me to research further. They also suggested I contact Pip at Jarvis link provided, for any updates, so I did. Explained I'm in the building trade and unless you are proactive and chase them you won't get them back if there is a problem. Question,; are Jarvis chasing the FCA to get this resolved or is the company happy with how things are . Five working days later I am still waiting for any sort of reply ! ....... even a .......... Hi Malafuster,

Don't just wait, get proactive and send in a complaint about the delay to the release of the report. Three and a half months late already. Jarvis isn't Barclays with the many different strands to the company, it is but a two bit broker ! that has messed up.

The results will be the end of June, so a lot to look forward to and with Engsolve's work, we will have meat on the bone and money in the bank. No longer can the bashers say Powerhouse has no income £££.

I posted on the other site, that the Engsolve - Nano tubes unit was delivered to TrimTabs on Monday 13 May .

If your looking for a company in the finance sector, that pays a dividend and there is more upside than downside ! ...... You may as well stick it out with Jarvis.

A; The skilled person / FCA report has to be released at some point.

B; A big name CEO could give confidence.

C; At the AGM, Jarvis asked for permission to buy back shares.

A golden cross or possibilities! Just a matter of waiting it out with fingers crossed.

Despite these challenges, Jarvis continues to trade in line with current market expectation.

Jarvis is still a cash cow of a share, but with no indication from the board on how much longer the investigation with take and how much more money it will cost Jarvis / shareholders I wasn't convinced they would give a dividend this time. Happy they have.

I hear you on the market cap, and valuation do look high in pound sterling for where the projects are in development. Would the market cap still look as high from an American dollar view ?.

A nice rise in the SP yesterday.

I'm all over the energy sector, so liking very much the three deals in the sector. But the game changer is the rental deal with B&Q customers. Going into a speedy store can be quite daunting even for us trades folk, so even harder for Joe public. But everyone is ok with B&Q and less intimidating to ask questions on what tool to hire.
