Hi all 607000 shares average 16p held for 9 months bought some 18p some 14p regulary read this board and some really good people seen the share decline and jump to nearly 21p and back down again but have good feeling about this going to be special in the medium term

I am a holder and quite substantial but there isn’t any point shouting I will be voting against this and I’m sure many others will to . I will be surprised if the deal goes through any decent share holder will vote against this . And to get the percentage they need will mean nearly all of us saying yes and as this was over a pound early in year why would you

Your correct but there is speculation that if you hold your shares in an isa they will transfer but into a normal account thus tax being payable

You will be fine in this share good things ahead be patient and we will all be rewarded I'm sure I've been here 2 years have over million shares and very happy with the profit at the moment if I was to take it but not a chance this is going places I hope

keya5000: Spoke to Danesh, court papers should be back very soon and they will then give notice for an EGM (28 days). Looks a done deal to me. Post delist they will look to relist in Canada and will work on this more after they have the court approval. Mentioned a tie up with Canadian Zinc or perhaps using the Xtierra listing have been discussed.

Does anyone know how long it is between a potential offer and a firm deal being made usually takes or is there a time scale that has to be followed

I have a Halifax dealing account to and yes they will change over should this deal come off. I have been a long term holder here and quite a substantial amount to but I'm very up beat about this and I think this could definitely come off and soon if all goes well good luck everyone may the luck of the Irish be with us all

That's great news I bought my moo shares funny enough cost me 18000 nearly 2 year ago I got them 1.4 p so there doing nicely as well could be a good year if all he's right here
