yes, voted No No No No with my 154,254 shares held on HL.
I have another 45,000 shares on a troublesome platform and it is simply not worth the bother of moving them.
I agree - Yune has nothing of value to say, filtered!
Honest is right I think. Nothing of any value posted by Stephostocks as far as I can see. Filtered. That's better!
Yes to "no no no no" - to bring this back to the top!
just to say I have voted as recommended by others here to protect our RMS holdings against dilution: "No, No, No, No"
While I was on HL doing this I bought some more KETL.L - fab trading update RNS this morning. Has some things in common with RMS: British IP, small manufacturing company, has products which help with bio-security in the food chain, and core business making kettle safety controls. It is a very well-run steady company paying a nice dividend. DYOR.
Please cast my votes as follows:
Resolution 1 - Directors' authority to allot shares in respect of the Warrants - AGAINST
Resolution 2 - Disapplication of pre-emption rights in respect of the Warrants - AGAINST
Resolution 3 - Directors' general authority to allot shares - AGAINST
Resolution 4 - General disapplication of pre-emption rights - AGAINST
really positive trading update from this well-run company! Maybe about the only company which has calmly continued to execute and grow during 2020.
Just added to my already sizeable holding.
Yes, I have dipped in there (KMK) a couple of times. Made a small profit...
Yes, I'm in since FBDU days too.
These small cap shares tend to drift down between news items and move up sharply on good news. Selling at the bottom is to be avoided IMHO. Personally looking for some more cash to invest though this is already my biggest holding.
yes, been with you all the way Midaztch. ST needs to be read with a pinch of salt, methinks, though he is the initial reason I am invested here. I can't be the only one who thinks this as they turned off comments on ST articles! Definitely need to DYOR, and it's a shame that he seems so credulous and easily taken in whenever he speaks with directors. I do think BGO has v good prospects, and I do think that generally things take longer to play out than we would like, but I have been burned badly on many ST recommendations!
Qdd22 - yes, I've held too since the long-ago 18p days. Sitting on big profits and haven't sold. In fact I added tranches at over 100p, so those shares are still underwater, but very healthy profit overall. I'm patient and I think this is a great company with strong prospects on several fronts.
He's been at IQAI for years, and risked his capital in the early stages of development. While I appreciate many here feel burned by him, I don't think the issues are entirely black and white. Best to take emotion out of investment decisions as far as possible IMHO.
I hold both RMS and IQAI. Am in (paper) profit on both.
Absolutely! What Landy says!
I've registered my tiny holding. Every little helps!
I don't remember that sale, but I did buy some at about that price when this was all erupting. Brought my average down significantly!
Perhaps you are right, TB at the top didn't help with the immediate SP reaction, but remember the age old wisdom: markets act as a voting machine in the short-term and a weighing machine in the long term.
I am very happy to patiently hold this weighty portfolio of IP while IQAI moves towards significant revenue generation.
are you volunteering umpt? I'm not!
Great find! I just looked up the Midlands Filter Products website. It is easy to see where they are taking this.

Long-term is all that really matters in shares like this with great fundamental prospects IMHO. I was fortunate and didn't hear of RMS until after the shenanigans, so bought in after the last spike. Sitting pretty with profit, expect many posters above to join this state shortly!

From yesterday's FT:
The new coronavirus variant linked to a surge in Covid-19 cases in South Africa is not only more infectious than previous forms of the virus but could make some vaccines less effective.
Scientists racing to understand the new strain said they still expected the current crop of approved vaccines to work but were worried that a specific mutation, also identified in a new variant in Brazil, could affect the way the virus responds.
“At this moment, we think that a vaccine could be a little less effective,” Professor Tulio de Oliveira, of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, who is leading South Africa’s scientific effort to understand the 501Y.V2 strain, told the Financial Times. “[But] between all the varieties of vaccines that are coming to the market, we still have strong belief that some of them will be very effective.”
I'd be very disappointed to be taken over for £100M, I think the company will be worth many multiples of this once the products have been successfully deployed in several countries. I have outlined the calculations I did in 2017 to justify this several times on this BB. Things have gone very much in the right direction since 2017.
