Here we going again, another prime example of internet bullying! No need, that’s his opinion. So I ask you please don’t be so rude! Consider people’s feels before your personal outburst! People like you don’t deserve an account to blog!

Great to see, excited for tomorrow!
I've done that for future buy to let properties, - You cannot execute a deed of transfer to a limited company without more stamp duty being paid again! :( - The property has to be in the ltd company to allow income vs expenses.
Very true, but still high especially for 40% taxpayer! Still losing around 50% in tax! Or stick with AFC Hold out for the dividend, (One day) and pay 0% on the first £200.00 - 7.5% thereafter to 50K Less personal allowance.
Today I completed my buy to let the house, selling for the tax reason. CGT at 40% and next year you cannot claim any interest as an allowable deduction. So, I've invested in AFC again lol - Now holding nearly 1 million shares, In ISA, GIA, And SIPP. My aim is £3.50. Probably start taking some profit then. Probably gonna get battered on my GIA, But then I'll put it in a venture capital trust, or any EIS.
Toneman, that's a fair point! But companies like Telsa will need hydrogen power to charge their vehicles etc... AFC can provide this with the backing of ABB - Say that I'm looking at AFC With rose tinted glasses, but I think BOTH - ITM & AFC will do well in the Hydrogen boom. So I'll hold both, just a little more in AFC as I believe large upside, should see 1 billion Mkt cap very soon. GLA

So interesting, we're definitely in a hydrogen Boom! The world is waking up, and AFC is the Answer to the problem! I don't think it will be long until we see the 100 million, 200 million, 300 million long-term investment pension funds etc. I work in the financial industry and investments funds are moving away from oil backed companies and looking for more alternative assets.
