No they weren’t, they were trades.
I jumped in again this afternoon, the trading is starting to gear up.
A healthy BB needs balance and Pedro certainly provides that balance, there is little point operating in an echo chamber which is why I have never filtered anyone and never will. Let’s face it, we are all here to make money and now again I will hear a snippet of good information that I have never considered before.
That said, I do change my mind, when the facts change. The issue that Boo and Asos are facing, but more Boo, are the Chinese disrupters. The good old days will never come back, Geopolitics is creating a stronger platform for Shein and Temu, they don’t pay tax at either end, use cheap labour and all the Chinese Government wants to do is flood the West with cheap goods, regardless if a profit is made or not. Compound that with reducing spend budgets for Boo’s target market and the prognosis does not look healthy.
That said, if the SP drops into the mid 20’s, I will buy some. The interims in a couple of weeks will be the proof of the pudding.
No credibility, ignore this poster. Posted on the 31/08/23 on the Tinybuild BB. He probably doesn’t realise that his posts can be viewed!
“SmallHexTiles, pehaps checkout FDEV too. A very similar story, down 89% from peak, and probably not much further to go before reversal”.
He is a sly old dog is our Mike, selling a brand which is highly focused on the 16-24 year female segment, similar to Boo, to the ‘Old Enemy’. Those of you who think that this won’t affect Boo know feck all about Business and burying ya heads in the sand. At the end of the day Mike doesn’t give a flying feck about Boo as he is already as an invite to the party, if the spoils have to be split up. It is Sheins ambition to outsell both Zara and H&M combined by 2025, they are already massive in the UK. The 20’s look nailed on for next week I am afraid.
It hasn’t dropped below 1500p this time around, I am hoping it does to fire off a few stop losses.
It looks like an II is dumping, I will be back in below 1500p rinse and repeat.
