LLDG, heard it all before. Rewards if coming will be for capxx directors and there mates only imo. No such thing as rewards on aim for loyal retail investors. I think the aim market will go into meltdown in the next 6 mths as investors run for the hills because of the current sad circumstances. I wish you well and would like nothing more than a company to buck the trend of shafting retail investors but the track record of capxx communications does not bode well and i see the writing is on the walls for those that look closely enough.
Been studying this carefuly for a long time, easy to do as small nr of trades. Classic accummulation patterns with over 75% buys over the last year. Looks like this will continue for a good while, as those who sold into drop start buying back in - wait for the disappeared posters to return. However, will they come to regret it as the aim market collapses (as punters pull their investments out of the aim scam) and directors across many companies have no choice but to look for favorable exit strategies. Watching for ii sell off as first signs. This will be pushed down and down with no retail investor sentiment as capxx remain tightlipped - risky strategy and as said before makes them ripe for a cheap buyout. Just my opinion.
So theyll take this a lot lower, so youre right JH 'crazy price' to buy. Why would you buy now when youll be able to pick up at 1.8, 1,7 ..... thats what always happens in periods of news drought. Will be watching closely for early signs of ii sell off
We all live in hope. That pretty much sums up aim and the 100s of companies who have acted decietfully. Cpx are a tiny company in the right industry but easy pray at risk of being swallowed up for a pittance. Ill keep watching for signs of early ii sell off over the next few months. May set a buy order if no ii sell off. Thats all for today. Lots of diy to do. Stay safe & good health to all
As i say, retail investors have been taken for a ride to date. Wether it turns out to be a scam like so many other companies on aim, only time will tell. Will the directors act in the interests of ALL shareholders if different business options open up.
Try reading it again 3.14. Have not said its a dud - quite the opposite. What i am saying is the business/commercial position of this tiny company leaves it weak, and all shareholders v exposed to a cheap buyout. If im correct then expect to see institutions sellling big volume over the next few months - in which case i wont invest the £20k. If there's no ii sell off then without retail investor sentiment (which will only return with rnss that confirm significant revenue shift) sp will continue to drop and only under these circumstances would i consider a £20k punt at 1.5p.
Im quite techy and last time i looked i was a man. I now have a deep distrust of aim directors after my one and only venture into aim took a large chunk of my sipp from me. I have been studying cpx for a while. Its a good little company in the right industry clearly with some clever employees. However, reading through last few years announcements it looks like retail investors have been taken for a ride and many will be nursing big paper losses. I cant see the sp recovering for years so unlikely to get any buying sentiment to return. The directors have now got themselves into a very weak position imo, ripe for a cheap buyout. If such a buyout provides a big sweetner to the cpx directors, employees etc then it will prove very tempting as their shareholdings will take many years to give them a return if they keep trading in their own right. Just an opinion of a long in the tooth techie business man. I hope im wrong for the sake of all long termers. I may take a £20k punt if this drops under 1.5p as thats as much as im prepared to lose if my buyout theory proves correct. Be careful!
I have been interested in the products of this company for the last year and have been watching closely looking for something that would give me trust in the directors. The absence of updates to shareholders left me suspicious.
Ive been studying trades on this share over the last year. Easy to do really considering the low level of daily trades. I have found that over 75% of trades have been buys despite the decline in sp. This supports the institutional gathering of shares when retail investors stood off. This finding is as evidenced in the formal announcements. So why have the institutions been accumulating. Only conclusion you reach is they have better insight than retail shareholders.
Ive also been analysing posters on this bb. Many backed off months ago as sp continued to drop. Suggest some were in the know as to what was going on and sold in the knowledge they would have a chance to buy in cheaper.
The reality is this business looks financially vulnerable and open to a cheap buyout. With retail investors confidence shattered on this then any recovery of sp looks like a pipedream. This is my opinion which should not be removed from this board as freedom of expression is a basic right. Ive also said nothing in a derogatory way.
Aim is full of manipulation and why should this one be any different. Why cant directors be straight with all its investors? All very suspicious to me.
Lets see if this gets removed.
Looks like control is being exerted on both the sp and this board. Well there is only one conclusion you can come to as to who is doing this. The scale of manipulation on aim is quite flabbergasting and quite worrying.
I hope your faith is well placed and not blind. Time will tell but retirement must be on the horizon for some directors which may influence their business considerations in the next year or so. I like the business but perhaps experience of sxx is just too raw at the moment. Will back off for a while. Good luck
Thanks pp1. I dont dispute that capxx future looks promising. Thats why im watching carefully. Howe ver, there is little evidence that any research into this company says i should trust the board not to feather their own nest to the detriment of other shareholders if the opportunity presented itself. Quite the contrary im afraid so suggest you do a little research and ask yourself why i should trust them and let us all know. Yeah i was badly burned on sxx.
