I've just bought 15k shares in ZBNI as a punt for double exposure to add to my URU shares. I think its becoming better traded as most of the TSX brokers appear to be up & running now.

Zeb Corp listed at $0.25c so its hardly been a disaster with URU nearly 100% up on their 41m shares. Fair value for URU should be circa 600p currently.

Lets see where we are by September.

Better volume on ZBNI today. Expect it to continue picking up

Buyers paying $0.45c into close which to be fair is almost 100% above the listing price of just last week

I fully expect it to trade above $1 shortly and will be difficult for URU to ignore such a drastic value appreciation to their 41m shareholding investment

Fantastic video thanks for sharing... And nice to see it highlights i was saying last week about a 1.5 billion mt Nickel resource so far inferred and indicated at 0.25%. Impressive.

Thbe reason URU aren't mentioned is because their wholly owned subsidary Floza Capital own the 41m ZBNI shares, and they were mentioned.

Research pays. Going to explode into life soo just wait and see ;)

I fully expect ZBNI to rocket in the weeks ahead. Expecting some updates on the Zeb project as well. URUs 41m shares in ZBNI are going to be a gamechanger for URU.

All eyes on Zeb Corp on TSX again. Expect it to start announcing updates on the asset and getting traction soon

Not surprising given everything on the TSX exchange in Canada is a bit slow ha. I imagine there is a load of buyers lined up so should be pretty interesting to see what happens next week onwards once everyone can trade.

I didn't buy URU in the 400p range to sell at 500p before the jounrney has even started. These guys have been planning this transaction and setting it up for a long time. Its going to be a big BIG payday all round i believe in the weeks and months ahead.

Funny enough i was just looking into it. TSX and stockwatch platform both showing $0.75c

Just spoke to broker and confirmed bid is 0.75c but there is no offer currently haha

We have to remember that TSX isn't market maker traded. It is purely SETS traded. So if no one puts any shares up for sale then no one can buy any.

I expect we'll see some shares for sale up at $1+ at somepoint today. Its newly listed and often they can take a few days before trading volumes pick up.

But its encouraging that none of the investors in at $0.25c are interested in sellingany shares even at 200%+ in profit. One can only assume they are after much bigger gains.Guess that bodes well for URU

Day 2 starts at 2:30pm i believe. It closed at $0.75c - 0.8c yesterday. pretty storming day given the base valuation was $0.25c

I wonder if we will see $1+ today or tomorrow. If so URU's 41m shares will be worth $41m. Do the maths :)

Well the management own the majority of shares in URU if you look at the register. They have got their money where their mouth is so you can't ask for anymore than that.

Alot of these lifestyle companies on AIM the Directors own zero shares. No one benefits more than the directors if URU rockets to 2000p+

So they are about as incentivised as anyone and aligned with shareholders

Was actually up over 200% yesterday in Canada

The deal for Zeb was done at $0.25c and it closed above $0.75c yesterday.

URU has 41m shares and I doubt the market can ignore this. The reason I bought in few weeks ago was because I suspected Canada would lap up the Zeb asset and as a result URU would finally rerate off the back of it

Wouldn’t surprise me to see 700p+ today and even that would be a discount to the 1000p+ value of their ZBNI holding

Canada trading hours are 2:30pm to 9pm UK time. So its not closed yet.

Currently the spread is 0.6c - 0.75c which is very good so far

Wow its ticked up even higher then since i spoke with broker 30mins ago.

Having completed the transaction at 0.25c its already 150% up it seems.

Just rang my broker who has access to the TSX feed and ZBNI has listed and the spread is 0.52c - 0.75c which is substantially above the 0.25c transaction price.

Unfortunately us mear mortals are stuck with free service providers so we'll just have to wait for them all to catch up. No surprise its a bit slow.

However just wanted to highlight its best to ignore the naysayers as they will do everything can to cast a negative spin on everything

Today is the start not the end. Once Zeb Corp is listed we will know over the coming days and weeks how much appetite Canada has for this given the extremely low valuation

To be fair this is why I am invested. I can’t believe Zeb will stay at $10m valuation when inferior assets on TSX are valued at hundreds of millions

But we will soon find out

Was expecting this any day so nice to see tomorrow the listing is up & running on TSX. Given Zeb is being valued at a poxy $10m and some of its peers are valued in the hundreds of million $ i would expect a swift rerate for Zeb and URU in the coming weeks

I have been avoiding VAST for a long time given the CLN they had in place, which was constantly selling & stopping shareprice from moving up. I like the fact this is now resolved and its a debt facility instead of a dilutive facility. This is really positive.

I personally really like what URU doing here. I can see the upside and I can see how the Canadians would get behind this Zeb Asset

Everyone has a choice. If you don’t believe the story sell and move on. If you do then let’s enjoy a bit of positivity given it’s been a rather depressing story here for the past few years by looks of it
