You are right about the dates as for the number of buys; I have no idea, the share is priced right for the dividend. But the divi is so small in relation to daily price changes it was not worth holding for, or buying for. Sorry i can not be of any more help. the last few weeks have been pretty depressing all round all my other holdings are down Kcoms and Alk only ones not dropped in last few weeks. Thanks for that post seems like good news, have been holding this share for ages waiting for something like this to happen. Have you any idea on what this will mean and what time scale we are looking at ?. I am hoping that ALK and AFC will both prosper, good for the planet and good for our pocket. 2009/2010 Interim 0.5p date paid 18 December 2009 record date1 February 2010 this from kcoms web site from my understanding if you hold shares on 1st feb 2010 you will be paid a divi of0.5 pence on 18/12/2009. Do kcom own a large hadron collider and can travel in time or am i misunderstanding the data

Yes i hold PDF as well (it makes Leonard Cohens' "there are no Diamonds in the mine" be often played om my deck. but my biggest bet rather than an investment is UMC, my best AFC next best Kcom, most recent Plus markets PMK

Thanks for the last few posts i believe we should get some company news tomorrow about finances and the dividend. The market seems optimistic about the prospective news . I am as well but we will have to wait and see . Good luck to all holders

price seems to be settling at around 40 p which seems reasonably fair. If next co announcement is good news then price might rise but this price reflects last years divi I think next divi will be higher so worth a buy at <50 p

Yes i have seen these small share trades sometimes for only one share I have been told that they are a signal between dealers, but saying what i have no idea. If there is someone out there who has an explanation i would like to know it..

a lot of buys coming in today with 70% of them on the plus market so a lot of buys as plus trades are not shown on this site. my purchase 20min ago came up on plus market

It looks like it is trying to make 40 which would still be a good price for this share as you said it pays a dividend and a fair price would be about 50p i followed you hint on pdf and am now showing a profit of £7.96 lol Did you buy any CFU ? they have done fairly well since my recommendation

I have been approached by a company called index asset management from germany about buying shares.has anyone any info on them please. I think that this share has hit its top price for the moment the mm has sold a lot of shares and they need to buy back in order to restock. They do not want to buy back at a price higher than they sell, so the price drops,and will not rise till mm have restocked. The share is at about its fair price with a yield of 6.4%.. Try the Share centre they have online and phone dealing trades can be carried out within seconds. Also if you are a share holder they give a discount and they pay a divi on their shares. . As for the gas electricity debate their are more houses in the uk with electricity than have gas. Electricity is cheaper to transmit.
