Hey guys. In a metaphysical way all of us are TWatcher
I tend not to reply to any posts these days that add no value whatsoever to the discussion hence I tend not to comment much anymore. Its a waiting game now
And furthermore regulator with regards to experienced staff. The pandemic has caused much needed upheaval in the UK diagnostics industry and a lot of people are moving jobs to thoroughly deserved higher level positions. The pestering on LinkedIn has definitely stepped up a notch recently
Haha one paragraph to sum up a lot of the attitudes seen in the pandemic. I'm working on new products now scheduled to be marketed in 2024 now thats a realistic IVD timeline.
Mizman where did you read that? As a season ticket holder I haven't been sent anything
Personally I'm keeping personal travel to the UK for now although avoiding Scotland as its inundated and I've always preferred the solitude there. So far visited the south and Anglesey this year with a camping trip in the lakes very soon.
I may have to travel with work soon but they can deal with the chaos if I do.
Developers hold all of the inherent risks of failure within the development process.
Capable manufacturers who transfer and produce already CE marked products always win albeit with usually smaller margins than developers.
Very telling of the horrendous politics surrounding the government treatment of these companies.
The RNS states they have had to make a large number of redundancies due to non payment for ABC-19 by the DHSC.
Cant really see the reason for the drop unless it's the psychology of people selling on a dip. Nothing negative has been released. Will continue to hold and ride it out.
If the big things could hold off until payday that would be great
It's potentially significant but not really worth commenting on unless it results in business for omega
Oh for crying out loud shelley. Just shut the F*ck up!
I get a laugh everyday from burger van critics who couldn't even comprehend the complexity of selling In Vitro Diagnostics never mind actually doing it.
Big congrats to an incompetent giv rushing approvals for cr@p products and then holding great ones to much higher standards too.
I enjoyed the irony that your only response was a green box to me
More jam than hartleys
My trades always end up a little odd as I always setup a limit order slightly over the current midpoint as I use a free-trade app thay doesn't allow you to evaluate an offer. (Ie if you ask for a standard trade it will auto execute at any price)
A little cumbersome but worth it for commission free trading. It could be the same here with someone building in a little buffer to make sure they get 1000 shares.
I mean we hardly elected a leader known for thinking beyond the next 5 minutes.....or the end of his *****.
GaryB72 and yet your opinions on the medical diagnostics industry are so well informed.
Thinking long term IE 5 or so years I think there is the potential here to meet those kinds of evaluations. The pandemic has brought LFTs to the limelight and there csn now be all manner of potential applications in the future.
After expansion of capacity and staff alongside endorsement as a manufacturer of choice by UK gov (albeit with a contract that hasn't shown material value yet) I see omega as a steady long term growth opportunity even without the diversified products that already exist in the portfolio
