H202, there have been a few delays in the sale, which has been a focus-point for the de-rampers. It's not our core asset and Rackla are seemingly more excited about getting the asset than we are about selling it... although it's cash for us once it does close.
If they are planning on starting work before end of March, the sale will have to have gone through beforehand.
The URL is registered and parked, ready for the name change...

I contacted Rackla again yesterday and had a response overnight confirming they are still on track to close the financing and to be onsite to start work by 31st March 2022.

@grappa - I pinged MC yesterday on LinkedIn and he said he was happy to engage via the info@ email address... haven't composed anything yet!

I think it's certainly true to say we need a seasoned business executive at the helm from now on. The worker bees and SMEs can be in the background but we need a professional board member with some negotiation clout and PR experience.
The fact that the SP hasn't really reacted to LR going speaks for itself unfortunately.
My hope is that Bennelong and DB will step up and help get us back on track. God knows, we need it.

Wonder if we will see an improvement in communications from Miles....

I wonder who is on this. Bennelong and any of the other new investors? LR hinted at such when I spoke to him 6 months ago...
Is their remit also looking at the sale?

Understand negative sentiment here as it's just ploughed on and on, but the handover was the final step in all that progress they announced two years ago, so hopefully we can start selling the asset and bringing in some revenue. Until we start seeing how much coal they can shift, I can't see the price really reflecting the "success" but if the numbers are encouraging, we should in theory see the price align a little closer with the asset value.

And then we have the exciting bits, for which I will hold:
1. I still want to know what Tony B was investing his million pounds in as I don't believe it was coal.
2. I would like to know why NvS was brought in.

A little more waiting for me as I don't think they are quite done with sharing what they have been up to. Hopefully!

If traders did pile into this thinking it was about to take off, it could easily just be them cutting losses and running.
Although Dec figures were laughable, it was good news. Someone else is going to process and sell the asset. Finally.
We can now go and spent Tony B's cash on something else...
