The days of funded pensions are gone ,best that can be hoped for is a few percent over and above what there obligated to,,rmg employers did vote for a all out strike in March 20 ,then the lockdown came in and less fortunate folk lost there incomes ,and rmg employee called it of to save themselves , don't be coming on here saying u r whiter than white thinking know one knows what you have been up to

I think rmg are regarded as the British Leyland of the 2000 , employee relations have been simmering for 50 Years at this company,when it's someone else's money that's frightening, rmg is probably the last big bastion of the unions left in the uk ,so there u have it ,the employees bring a lot of uncertainty upon them selves,there is another way though, iam sure it has a well funded pension , share of options and other perks ,but others have to be fed out of it also ,if everyone acted responsible it could be a cash cow for all ,
