The shareholders here who were having meetings with the board. Oh yeah it meant nothing, the bod were just paying you lip service. Nothing you have done is actually improving the situation for shareholders. Stay positive though guys, your day will come at somepoint.

why because there is profit to be made, I will be interested to see how low they can pull this back. This has nothing to do with the fundamentals of what is going on at HH, this is pure city greed being able to play with the market, why because they can and they do it everyday on many shares, especially on AIM.
I doubt there is any major news at the moment on the horizon, the results of the testing as previous said will take at least 150 plus the analysis afterwards. So patience people, and expect the MM to play games all the way through the testing.

Those keeping an eye on Bagr are clearly waiting now, no point investing, the sellers seem to have gone for now but no doubt will return when the price starts rising again. It seems everyone is waiting for confirmation of Chinese investment and then the price of the share will re-rate accordingly and 3.5 will probably be reached in a matter of minutes once the signal is given to the mm.

buying in now are going to make a lot of money in just a few weeks time. 3.5p is what the chinese are paying, this will re-rate to what they see as a bargin price, the city is just taking the .p is s. So anyone just starting to look at this stock, go look at the RNS, chinese paying 3.5p for 54% holding in the company. The MM are just sipping up cheap shares now to see at a big profit in a few weeks.

Terrier54, you are right, sorry I was reading this too quickly. Indeed they only have 10.6 million at the 27th and that actually is probably more like down a few more million now. Either way if they have shorted this they will need to get rid of the lot before the end of the month. Without a doubt this will re-rate to 3.5p and now we have the answer to why it hasn't already reached that point. People will eventually pick up on this and when it re-rate my guess is we shall see a spike to about 4p.

since this has been shorted will that company continue to sell of the shares in which case another 310 million needed to be sold off. The mm will have taken a load of these shares, there hasn't been the volume over the last month to sell all these shares... So this price will continue to be suppressed. What is also interesting is the time when the threshold happened and the actual date that it was announced. The threshold was reached on 19th July and only now has that information been released, I was under the impression that when a threshold is reached they have 3 working days to announce this..... the city win yet again, they always win.

No there hasn't been any big buys today, all have been just small normal pi buys.

why this hasn't risen to the 3.5p that the chinese company are willing to pay? Why is this holding around 2.3p, doesn't make sense to me?

there isn't more range in the dips and peaks as this could be a fun trading share until further news comes.

I doubt this will move much until the deal is completed fully. So a month or so of drifting around. AIM works in crazy ways.

Just follow the money.... doesn't matter what people say. I also believe in the city insider trading makes it so difficult for pi to stand a chance. And even though insider trading is illegal I doubt anyone believe that it doesn't happen. How many times do you see unusual trade patterns just before an positive RNS is announced. By the time the info is out there for pi it is too late to have an early advantage and the risk is always put on the pi in the form of being part of the herd and judging the spike

The thing about AIM and the markets in general is that the money has the information and pi do not. People selling at this point seems illogical given the recent news. However it could be that people are selling for a faster payout in another share making a quick buck elsewhere, or it could be there is some information that some know about this deal Bagir has setup which is making people wait or pull back, either way the Money knows the information that most people don't.

I believe this will hit 3.5 in the next month but I do not believe there will be a massive rise like some predict, those in the know would be buying in like crazy and they aren't so clearly at this point no everything is right.

In first 45 minutes there has only been 20 trades. That is not many and price will fall if that rate of trades continue.

You can be sure the mm won't make it easy....

today, the sellers have gone, those who were averaging more in the lower 1p range have had a chance to crystallize profits, we know the Chinese partner has bought in at 3.5p. So what is the problem now, the company isn't in distress, has a sound business model, just what is stopping this from matching the partners 3.5p. The mm play games yes, their algorithms are designed to make micro trade profits but I'm can't see now what is holding this back, the market this morning seems happy to buy into this. What is the angle that is missing here? There is a reason this isn't rising.

You are certain to make a profit. Its such an odd share, im surprised the herd have not arrived yet.
