Gabriel, I might be missing your point but that's why I think that the 2nd guarantor won't save the day. I mean if the one who takes a loan need to resort to a guarantor he will run to FOS and make a claim and Amigo pays for all this again...

Hi Gabriel, yes i did watch it. That's why I said "I am not saying Amigo hasn't been doing proper checks". While I like his statement very much and I believe that Amigo will do well and very soon, otherwise i wouldn't be here. Still if they have been doing everything properly why/what is taking so long to prove it to FCA and stop those leeches FOS...

Truth be told I don't think a second guarantor would be safer for the company, I mean the problem is with affordability checks/claims. Also I think for many people who need a loan it's not easy to find even one guarantor not to mention two... I once took a guarantor loan with a guarantor whose credit history was way worse than mine. Didn't have any other options so entered my girlfriend just to try it. I can only assume no one was bothered to check. So personally I don't think additional guarantor is a good idea. You need to properly check if the person taking a loan can afford it (not saying Amigo hasn't been doing it). And need some flexibility (proper rules) on FCA side so people don't abuse the option to claim as now every Tom and Jack is claiming for whatever reason comes to their mind. Just IMO.

Exactly ns20, they should push more responsibility on those who take loans not on those who provide them otherwise this irresponsible lending won't end. Or maybe there parties that don't want it to end...

To my understanding they obviously need funding so why are they saying "whether to proceed"? And it is odd how RR haven't mentioned any numbers and yet Sunday says 2.5bn, JPM says 6bn... I mean how can they spout things like that? No deramper can beat those two...

I don't think many if any BODs care about daily share performance. Also in this situation (covid) you can't blame them for every drop in sp. I think more and more people no longer care who wins . We are just waiting for this "war" to end.

I don't remember which of his tweets it was but at least to me he sounded confident of winning this vote. Why I don't know but I refuse to believe that all this "show" was for nothing. He surely learned from his mistake last time and I would be surprised to see him loose again.

Bought first time about three years ago at 2.5p and sold for 3.5 as needed some money, was pure luck. At the time I thought I was gonna miss a multibagger... Didn't expect things to take so long and never imagined I would see it drop to like 0.35p. Been watching it lately and things seem to be moving but the price is still ridiculous. Thinking of loading up in the next few weeks but those big sells yesterday and today are not very encouraging.

So true Mark. I guess this is where the saying "buy when others are fearful " comes from. Had the same experience so many times too. I do believe it will turn out to be a good investment just need a month or two.

Same here, I don't think that financing is going to be sorted out this month (would be happy it does though), but the situation should be much clearer and I see the coming news as a breaking point = the end of ANS time wasting. In other words whether ANS is in or out I see this coming news as positive. Plus, possible news from Saudi. I won't say rubbish like 10p soon, but even with current uncertainty 1p is way too low. And this uncertainty (or most of it) should disappear after the news.

Now you are saying funny things " i wouldnt be surprised to see this PUMPED up 1.6p" so why not buy now at 1.18 or whatever and sell at say 1.5-1.55 for a decent profit?

Also it's the basics "Past performance is not an indication of future performance". Anyway, there are other people who have been recommending to sell it and complaining about Harry for two weeks. Why? They could have sold and moved on. Good samaritans they are, caring for others :)... Instead, they could have bought it at 0.8 and would be 40% in profit by now. And while I cannot praise Harry but he did ok to get KEFI where it is now = quite a good position. Some are trying really hard to picture him as some calamity. I mean I have hardly if ever seen a CEO or a board where a CEO gets praised, so Harry is certainly not worse than most of them. Would someone else have done better? Who knows, its a guess work.
