Your claim that risk is now minimal makes no sense. It is still in Africa, it has the same do-little talk a lot CEO, and after many years of trying to sort out financing it is still waiting for whatever "final" approvals. And you saw what happened last time when approvals did seem like they gonna be signed - change in agreement and reset. It is not my money but just a reminder that Africa + aim combined can easily make you loose your last shirt.

As you can see he's not very good at planning, thus he has a more reliable way to fund that - it's called share issue. The best thing is - you can do it any time.

I think the sp is not doing well because Nortrust is probably still selling. If they plan to sell all of their holding then will probably last a few more days. After that sp should do very well.

Same, I have literally only seen the SP rise before results and then most of the time go down 30-50% after bad results. This one is a very odd one. Let's hope for a good reason.

Same, I decided to gamble. If it's a duster the sp will probably be -50% on the day and then recover in the next few days to around -30%, me thinks. If it's a hit, then probably 2-5x of current sp depending how good it is.

I don't think there's any immediate threat of a placing as they raised for drilling including testing and all, etc. "Funds raised pursuant to the Placing will be used for Empyrean's anticipated share of additional costs for the drilling, logging and testing of the Wilson prospect (as announced on 23 January 2025) and for the Company's general working capital purposes."

Some here were assuming that some money will be coming in very soon from the sale of those 15%. Reality - HAA is planing to do some drilling in q2. In other word don't expect any sales until Q3 at least. Well at least that might increase the sale price, if he doesn't sell it for pennies to his buddies that is.

Not only they recently did a placing, it was also oversubscribed instead of £660k+ £120k they got £660k +£360k. It's easy to tell who wants in cheaper.

It's a good sign when couple of percent movement gives plenty of attention. There's lots of interest here. Derampers are not bad news - they just want in cheaper.
