Mr TugMaster, Would you be an Aircraft Tug Master ? We lost our previous Tug guy last 2025. He was part of us ex Aircraft Engineers group since 2021, though I was the youngest, David was past 85 before he RIP. We get together on THURSDAY in the local Weatherspoon, for a large Breakfast and Beer.

I joined the KEFI SH in 2021. I lost my job during the Covid in 2021. I trusted the fact that the Chairman and the CFO are CA and worked previously in BHP - Finance guys and good experience. Additionally, they have held the company through all times, approx. 20yrs. Since my investment in 2021, there was one MoM who tried to use corruption against the Chairman. Fortunately, the PM showed him the door, we have a new MoM. The PM was on the ground in Feb'26 during Residential construction started. 30% have been done by now, rest by Sep'26. Having invested all my savings - SIPP, ISA and S-dealing in KEFI, I hope the best for the improvement (Saudi inv, Further exploration, GMCO etc) on the SP this year. Let us see what next week AGM shows !

Remember, the massive SAUDI SILVER tonnes brought up in mid-2025, the WAR was planned after the 12day war in 2025.

There are massive number of KEFI de-rampers registered in 2020 and 2023. Piratejack REG IN 2023, FIRST Post in Nov 2024 ramping KEFI next in Dec'24 started de-ramping and continuedly, with breaks between couple of months.

SOLG is sold. I brought my shares in SOLG in Oct'25 £5500 @14.50GBX and Sold it in Feb 26 for 28GBX.

So why can KEFI kick off at 1.2GBX and grow to 10P by July'26. We have a Sign-off in April, Saudi JV, Extra Licence in ETH, KEFI Rerate and GMCO rerate. Trump has allowed Iran to supply Oil to USA.

Look its is almost impossible to set up a mine in Africa and Ecudaor, you being a SOLG investor, HAA has achieved this in 20yrs and we will sign-off the finance. So get off your back side and look for putting your wallet on KEFI.

I will go by the professional qualification of HAA and the CFO of KEFI, both CA and have been in the Mining biz. I also have been upset by the multiple dilution by HAA.

Just like you Qnard, I also went back to the Feb RNS where he claimed there wont be any more dilution or placing once Royalty funded $20M and we were looking for another Royalties to fund us the next $20M and we would get $10m once the construction is close to finish. Then we also read about the extra Licences Ethiopia is offering and then we saw last week the information of these new licences given to other mineral mining co other than KEFI.

The thoughts of Consolidation came from my other share SOU. I believe KEFI had consolidation in the past over 5yrs ago, the 10B shares also let me at consolidation. As per RNS dt 11 Feb’25, we had Finalised US$310M. In this was the Chancery Royalties of investment of US$20M. We need another US$20M equity by another Royalty. As I gathered from the interview of HAA, this would be done by early March, if I recollected.
