Seadog "targeting an already producing field in offshore Brazil" isnt getting one. I could, for example, target any number of things and that would hardly make them likely. Extrapolating theoretical revenue and coming out with theoretical figures, of say, 27.6p doesnt make it so. Talking bullishly about "Potential" is not the same as actualisation. Dealing with the fact 1 ENEGI/NUOG are £3.3 mill in debt and MFdevco have £9.00. Fact 2 MfDevco and its ABTOG guise have never done a deal in 8 years of blowing this particular trumpet and saying its "in short order" doesnt make it so until and IF it happens. Fact 3 GHS was supposed to flow last July and it hasnt been flowed. Fact 4 A HOT has been signed on GHS but its only an option with 14 days to Run. seadog they can't complete due diligence because Mfdevco is worth 9 stg and nuog is minus 3.3 million and no way the minty dynasty will put up personal guarantees. So therefore, one can consider, that there is NO security if things went wrong so who pays for leaks,and spillages?

Perhaps the market makers know of something we dont? e.g a big seller in the swings, perfidy or unreasonable demands from our so called PVF partners, problems with due diligence, disputes within the Mfdevco "consortium" or the shop window. Lastly, the need for a rights issue? Who knows? Maybe that is why the shares are depressed rather then the Market Makers,having it in for shareholders?

I think the market is getting tired of paying trade collectibles to Alan Minty and his acolytes for no reward. This is getting tedious now especially whether or not the company is a going concern which clearly it isn't with out large injections of fresh capital or the waiving of those trade debts or the shard loan in exchange for say equity.

300 bopd I am reading it as both wells producing 300 bopd and 30 % of that is 180 barrels = X say 50 dollars net = 9000 dollars per day or 3300000 per year. Not sure how a cap of even 14 million stg let alone more

Your revenue projection for GHS is laughable SEADOG. You assume we have 100% but we only have 30%, assuming the first well succeeds and we dont have to pay decommissioning costs. Otherwise we may have to relinquish the other 30% to get out of those costs. You forget we have to pay the costs of works development for the first well which has been going on for a year without getting a penny; how much are we in for with PVF?.. You assume we will get a constant 300 BOPD from the first well even though it has never flowed for more then 10 days before being shut down due to pressure issues. Overall at best its a flawed and overly rosy picture and worst very misleading. Aker resources claim that they putting resources into MFDEVCO but that could just be one bod on a desk and a few pencils; who knows? Usually these companies work for wages and are jobsworths, not strategic investors and angels. Island investment got 10 million warrants, whoever they are, but promptly sold them at 1.50p - what does tell you about a share price of 1.5p? - It was inflated! Why did they set up a shell company in China? Hell I could set up shell companies all over the world for �200 per time ROFL. Their "tough" NOMAD was Northland that to the best of my knowledge has been shut down. Beufort have also been shut down for money laundering and fraud.
