The owner of the WeChat messaging app has held talks with MySQUAR about commercial partnerships and a potential investment, according to Asia-based bankers. Last week, the company, which owns a messaging app and online games, revealed that it had received a takeover approach from a mystery buyer. However, Tencent has not tabled a formal bid approach, sources said.

Looking on the up when rumours came to light back in January about a potential takeover joint venture the share price rose from similar levels now to just over 4p so with discussions still ongoing in the background it could be argued imo highly undervalued... dyor gla

So hopefully moving on mysq will streamline control and manage the outgoings...revenues continue to increase-the last 6 months of 2017 saw a increase of 170% as the same period of 2016....hopefully intergrate with final two telcos MPT and Mytel... more games released... games and apps continue to gain traction... advertising starts adding up...cherry on the cake is a possible takeover or joint venture... but who knows what's going to happen :))) gla

Agree mcsquares a year or more ago revenues were being made from third party service, gaming etc now as more games have been released over the past year the majority of revenues are generated from gameing I believe there has been no third party development work done by the company this last year? So just goes to show how well revenues from gaming is progressing thus every new game that's released is potentially a tick up, we are now fully intergrated with telenor and ooredoo and A cooperation agreement with Rightyoo was only finalised on 11 December 2017, for MySQUAR’s games to be distributed on Huawei’s inTouch platform and for Rightyoo’s games to be distributed on MySQUAR’s platform so for me onwards and upwards from here. Also 14 October 2016, the Company's registered users across all apps and games have exceeded 6 million. 31 October 2017, the total number of registered users across all apps and games exceeded 20 million. And currently exceeds 22million! :))

Revenues increasing-July to Dec 2016 revenue was 340,716 and last year July to Dec 2017 revenue went up to 917,000 with that principally coming from gaming... keep them games coming mysq :))
