Share Options Grants to Directors

PowerHouse announces on 6 March 2018 the Company granted share options, as recommended by the Remuneration Committee of the Company, under the Company’s Share Option Schemes to the following Directors:

Brent Fitzpatrick 12,000,000 share options
James Greenstreet 12,000,000 share options
Cameron Davies 15,000,000 share options
David Ryan 21,000,000 share options
Keith Allaun 30,000,000 share options

The options were granted at the closing bid price of the shares on 5 March 2018 of 0.6p and will vest in accordance with the rules of the Share Option Schemes adopted by the PowerHouse Board of Directors over the next 24-30 months.

The objection letter from Environmental Rights Centre Scotland certainly makes for an interesting read, but the key misunderstanding is they continue to refer to the proposal as an INCINERATOR but it’s not!

I’d like to think that one action would be to channel waste plastic in the direction of DMG systems around the globe. Before that we need an action to scoop up all the polluting waste that has entered the environment already. If people see it as a resource rather than waste, perhaps there could be incentives down the line to encourage this.

Yes the LSE spread figures are very misleading. Buy/sell figures show the truth.

Keith Riley’s comments clearly lay out the relevant points about the DMG process and also diplomatically advise it’s probably a good idea to clarify the subtle differences (to burning waste) to avoid any future insane and bureaucratic swampie protests to delay future planned installations. The outcome of the review will be positive. Nothing is likely to happen in Scotland anyway until the Protos DMG is built.

My take home from the AGM is DMG construction to start in Q2 2023. An 18 month build and commissioning period so don't expect anything up and running at Protos until late 2024 or early 2025.

It will be interesting to see if there is any relevant news announced pre AGM. I would not be surprised if there is none and the BOD just want to get the AGM formalities over and done with. Only a few days away…..

Anyone know how to go about attending the AGM for shareholders with shares in nominee account or do you just turn up? I’m assuming attendee numbers are limited.

At last an AGM date. New board appointments. A bit more kicking the can down the road. A distraction of relocating the demonstrator unit. ( I wonder how many demonstrations have been done this year ). What does "technical definition complete" mean? Need more action on the ground please.

The next news should be to announce the date of the AGM but I wouldn't be be surprised if it was to announce the departure of another director.

Interesting profile on Forbes. Let's hope the state prosecutor investigation into his suspected irregular share trading comes to nothing.

An MOU is not legally binding so this could equally either lead on to some from of contract or nothing at all. It would appear that this project is very or entirely dependent on grant funding.
