Yes it's the ozzy dollar. I've used both, ecn is better for scalping in my opinion, you can easily cover the cost.. I would try a demo on both first, I always run a demo alongside too.... it will take a while to get used to MT4 if you've not used it b4, I prefer it tho, I used Equis Metastock for years so it felt similar in a way. Their staff will sort any questions are v helpful. But don't let me sway you...... there's many forex brokers out there, I just try avoid the dodgy ones. Picked up 20pts on 4 units short USD\JPY overnite and short again from the 10660 atm....

Will prob avoid the Panther, alot of hype for it... from trailers seemed over CGI-ed which I really hate could be wrong what did you think ? ECN = tighter spreads closer to what the pros get, ideal for scalps. See how the DJ goes from here ! laughing at 25450 atm I'm tempted to short with a decent stop best not :)

More small losses on the DJ today then restored all with one nice long ....Now wondering if 25250 will be resistance and turn south ?? Icmarkets had no probs with them... they do MT4 - 5.,.,. true ecn if you want it...very good. GL--

Agree with all that...there's a fine line for stop setting... I'm happy to take small losses as long as I'm taking the big wins - There's not always a setup when you have time... that's when it's easy to take a punt on something iffy with the inevitable disaster that follows. It's a tough old game requires a lot of attention not to mention the unhealthy sitting down too much ! I've opened a demo with IG on the new platform... the spreads seem really bad...I think they have it well in their favour...Bitcoin spread is outrageous for example.

Opt-- had a few btc trades over the weekend.... was into 250 profit going well, stuck to my targets to then show 350 loss :( Oh well thats what stop loss if for.... will keep trying. Opt... have a look Purple Brick chart... looking v bearish double top...if 260p gets taken out could see 215..

I see what you mean.. those falls wrecked the pattern, would have been solid buy three days ago, maybe still is but chart not valid now so would have to wait or look elsewhere I think. was stopped out this morn on gold to �60 :(.... GS imagine it's Long term your question? that's a difficult one...If it were me - as gold's at the top of its uptrend channel - long term would be a buy below 1300 but not if below 1240 so maybe the daily 200ma if it falls to there and within that over the next weeks... Need to have another look at Silver not very clear..Have you thought about copper ? (my favorite)
