Opt, yes it's not brilliant today even cna is trying to turn back up, think my 78p target should still be met but it's like pulling teeth. I use IC and Saxo...IC moved their support away from sydney and it doesn't feel as good.

Morning Opt, thanks for the advise, gbp/eur just happened to suit my bearish bias that I have, spread isn't that adrift with my broker. I'm inprofit with cna now, had a couple of wins shorting the dax. Opt those abbreviations play hell with my periodic table dyslexia....... Looking to be long AU...I mean Gold :)

Opt, yes looked at gold def looks short but not playing ball. DJ has huge cup n handle, so should fly on a deal...however all other time frame signals are short Hmm.

Opt shirking the charts has saved you some cash today, it's been very difficult, all but one ftse trade lost money on stop. cna still in loss but improving. Made a few sheckles on dax early doors and just started to claw back losses with gbp/eu scalps. Down overall I think.

Stopped on ftse 110 loss.. :(

Morning all. banked limit EUR/GBP overnite, underwater with cna still holding. Some good moves out there, currently scalping dax going well. GS nice rise on cine 250p looks doable longer term.

Understood opt, same here, too much abuse over the years, had MRI years ago but inconclusive. Took 59 quid off the ftse shortly after the close.
I'm up on the week. so just need to stay focused.

Opt, Anti inflammatory to get past it then gentle excersise. My own problem is usualy sacroiliac joint and glute medius area, I mistakenly thought for years it was a disc.

Sorry to hear abt the back opt, been there many times...I have you tube excercise routine in memory banks that usually fixes it for me...and a good physio when it gets too bad. Well doneon those lloy trades.
My ftse short is still thinking abt it. Now also long gbp/usd
