Only one thing you need to read here-the science!!
Party!!!!! Hell,yes....if there's still room on the bench Axe?
Non-golfer.....but awesome caddy (fee negotiable.... & i know ull have wedge).
Not sure one annual booster (as per Flu scenerio) will be adequate to cope with so many apparent
new strains-each strain mutating on. Flu virus can be deadly,Corona is v obviously a different can of worms altogether.
its a travesty -uk population deserves better (ie the fact that 'other' (highly probable)proven science does exist ,and known about ,and yet not being pursued with all support & speed @ their disposal).
ALL known science should be exploited equally, not just the chosen one on a one fix cures all policy....that's just a gamble with time. A horribly costly gamble on just about every level. If they are going to play the waiting for P3 results
'card' once data finalised,to justify poor support, then they will have failed a lot of people who would probably have been prepared to sign a clause contract ,in order to receive treatment that could help them @ such a critical time.
I wouldnt hesitate a chance to participate & yet I am expected/duty bound near future to accept a vaccine with no difinitive data on mutant strains either. How many vaccines are they proposing to give us? Level playing field..anything & everything to help.
Frankly,i think even a pukker Parliament petition with 100,000 signatures ,would sadly not receive the attn. it fully
deserves ..unless,the media were on board.
This govt.is pursuing wrongly/rightly(in fairness of balance)essentially a mass experiment - but Sng should surely be fast-tracked & running parallel alongside. We need to save lives & drop the 'our way only' attitude. "Follow the science"?!Hmm.
Free up these desparately needed beds & resources not only to save Covid lives but give Cancer/other patients the care they need too.
Congrats for all the contd brilliant work Sng team-in light of the huge obstacles :(
Does our Health Secretary get morning papers delivered ?
Hopefully NHS workers, vunerable & all UK citizens may now be given due consideration-about time.....wishful thinking?
Go RM!
sorry,BJW,you didnt deserve that response.
Lets truly hope that no-one,or their loved ones ,on this BB ,urgently requires the benefit of Syn.
Who IS going to get the message out there??..not this Govt for sure...(p.ss up in brewery).
Read tonights headlines :(-carnage: health/economy/education etc.
For those who missed the point earlier (ie actual public awareness of Syn -& maybe others) so that weight can pressure
our stupid Govt.
RMs subsequent route(in light of any apparent to support to fast track/financial backing ) is nothing short of genius in the time-frame.
Promote the Social Media awareness :).
wholeheartedly agree Hoyer..
the current tactics by the powers that be, are backfiring & spiralling out of control-& innocent lives by the 10s 0f 1000s are being compromised by a lack of willingness to support a drug that potentially has an extremely good chance to drastically limit this devastation.
If there are others out there too, great! We need them all. They all should be backed without hestation.,,as per vaccines.
Mass public awareness is whats required....remember those annoying letters you had to pass on to 10 friends,or some hideous fate would befall you?! Well, with
todays tech-shove the message on to all your contacts & ask them to pass on,with the proviso being instead of a nasty fate,it may actually save a loved one's life.
The Govt, the media, our MPs are a brick wall & proving waaaay behind this (highly infectious) curve.
having been subjected to the first 10 pgs of today's Mail-not one mention of inhaled theraputics & yet
'Fears S African strain may resist jab'...(their words).
Mr Naish doing a fine dis-service to his readers 'We face a life or death game against the mutant viruses'. NO-we have
options to mitigate a black or white outcome.....
How about ALL these 'knowledgeable' eminent scientists here-in,coupled with media doyens, collectively print a
heading 'Sadly if,or when ,youre gasping for breath, there's a Govt known treatment -that is likely to give you a fighting chance'.
That would gain some attention! & a lot of dismay by the vast majority.
Maybe RM could use some of the bank balance for such advertising if we really are made to wait for P3 before patients
receive fair treatment, that should already be available.
Mr Mugo needs to reassure his posse of analysts that Sng is not just a one trick pony-That
the Copid/Asthma market is VAST in its own right.
Anyway-it would appear the Coronavirus (& its many guises)will sadly be around for the forseeable.
