As a complete novice in the RE mining game would a cash injection speed up the time it would take for Altona to get to production ?

Or am I missing something that has to be a sequential path to production anyone any idea ?

With Gallium being a very sought after mineral and this MRE looking very positive I would expect another grant from the US to fast track production interesting times for us
