"In April, Tiziana filed a patent application for the combination of anti-IL-6R with nanoparticle-Actinomycin D (NP-ACT D) in treating severe COVID-19 cases.
Patients with severe symptoms could feel “immediate relief” as the antiviral drug (NP-ACT D) stops the virus from expanding, while the anti-inflammatory agent (anti-IL-6R) suppresses a possible 'cytokine storm'.
A 'cytokine storm' is an uncontrolled immune response resulting in excessive production of substances believed to be associated with severe lung damage, commonly observed in coronavirus patients."
“They have a few aces up their sleeves“ ....more like a Royal Flush mate, winki face
...it doesn’t matter how long it takes to approve the Patent. All Tiziana are doing by filing it is protecting the intellectual rights of the design. If it works another company cannot copy it, so they must have something new
Q&A was posted on twitter ages ago, some good questions.......when will the answers be given (or have I missed them)?

,,$3.99 a bit higher than that !
...I am invested in Tiziana for the Covid play. StemprintER Is a bonus could someone please explain the significance of it, how close to market it is (what stage trial) in layman’s terms please!
....what has been the average volume whilst "churing" has been going on?
.........and we are heading North
.....all coming together!!!!
"which essentially enables them to able to use for test purpose" .....no a Patent has nothing to do with TILS using or testing their Nebuliser
"A patent is a form of intellectual property that gives its owner the legal right to exclude others from making, using, selling and importing an invention for a limited period of years, in exchange for publishing an enabling public disclosure of the invention."
"Daveyvaferace, that is incorrect TILIS have applied for provisional patent which essentially enables them to able to use for test purpose"
PM709 you really don't have a clue. The Patent has nothing to do with testing or using the Nebuliser, that it upto FDA approval. A Patent is to protect intellectual property or rights for the design. Don't mislead people to protect your short, idiot
.......what is your technique or top tip? There are so many variables and factors
The only reason you file a patent is to protect intellectual property (it means only TILS have the right to use that design of nebuliser) The patent has nothin to do with government health authorities approval for use on patients
....he’s averaging down, the sly fox
... what’s Paul Johnson upto then?
......oh and maybe go and have a read about what a "patent" is!
