Anne, you are really confusing things when you are trying to address two seperate issues at the same time.
There is a huge need to address both issues, but it is much less complicated if you look at on issue at a time.
PHE has a way to deal with the harmful and disgusting waste plastic issue.
Companies like Econic Technologies Ltd and The Acorn Project (which should come online early/mid next year) are dealing with the CO2 problem.
