I believe they have shelved Hydrogen development to power batteries, not their hydrogen engine.

I initially got confused, however looking into this further, their Deeside Hydrogen project is still underway.

Yes I believe so however the 'rumours' are with the Japanese link to Toyota/ Japan office somehow the whole supply chain could be connected. How I don't know, but the common theme seem to be Toyota needing green hydrogen.

A friend of a friend seems to know a friend of a dog of a friend who thinks the EUA opportunity has arisen from creating a supply chain for the buyers... Would make sense...

Thoughts are...

Aerfen (deeside) Linked to Hydrogen Production > H2 Transition Capital have very strong links to Toyota > Deeside Toyota responsible for their Hydrogen Powered Engine > Deeside (Via Eqtec & JV agreements) have had contracts to deal with waste from Toyota.

(Circular Economy was actually a pretty clever name IMO)
