So what's happening? Are these shares being traded yet?

So what's happening with this company? Should I buy shares Monday morning?

I've had those UKOG shares for a while. But because it's such a small amount icba to sell them. I will if it goes up a lot more, just to get rid of them. I guess that Open Offer thingy is there for everyone on the HL platform. I had no letter and it's still 1600 shares.

Then why do I have that Open Offer thingy? I tried it and it offered me shares for I think about 2.4 or there about. Is that just a normal price?

A noob here, I got 1600 of UKOG shares I bought as my first "investment" and I have this Open Offer thingy when I go to SOLO shares. Should I buy them and if so is there a limit how many I can buy?
