..to see an early buy test the mm's resolve. Wouldn't be the first time thoughts the seller had been flushed out proved to be a false dawn. I keep an eye on TRIG now as a comparison... they raised £65m today and were so over subscribed, are looking to rise an additional £35m. Interest appears high in th business.... bodes well! "T"
.. maybe the move is in light of more news tomorrow ? Would love to see these levels surpassed for good. It is a nice feeling to have blue, even if trading is still incredibly light. Could this be the start ? "T"
..now over to the mm's ! A stream of positive rns's and yet the SP at an all time low. Not sure what more a company at this early stage of its development can do ? "T"
.. being AIM and the mm's. "T"
..if the market was based on supply and demand, I wouldn't gripe. But SP moved down on few sales and yet couldn't buy in the last 10 mins before market close. Either the mm's have shares to sell or they don't ! RAME won't want to see their market cap decline further as that causes problems in its own right, when funds look to invest. Crooks. "T"
Just read the rns from TRIG. Shows what RAME can aim at with them having a market cap of over £400m for just 450 odd mw. Paid £8million for a 7.2mw solar park too. Like the idea of their £120m rolling loan thingy for acquisitions as well ! "T"
Yep... sure MM's will contra it with a chunky sale by the end of the day ! "T"
On that basis, the seller held a maximum of 3 million shares. Wonder how many they've got left ? Might take a look at th3 historical trades, but this process seems to have gone on for months ! "T"
... met with a corresponding sale still. Assuming a single seller, they must have held a fair bit of stock and must surely have been required to make a holdings announcement ? Presumably the company knows who is selling if it is a major shareholder ? Shouldn't they be pressing them for an RNS if a threshold has been passed ? "T"
.. in what happens with the equity stake held by Santander, once the commissioning is complete. I would love to think they have a small bond set up with an interested (Chilean) pension fund ready to buy the bond, once production from the wind farm starts. They could then use the money to fund the equity re-purchase or have it contribute to the next project. Get that alternative investment process up and running and a £9m mkt cap will be blown away as everything gathers momentum ! Its what has been implied on previous statements and would be a huge coup, should they achieve it. "T"
Got my bid and offer arsenal about face ! "T"
Should really know better by now. The bid jumped ands over a few trading days retraced its steps. So predictable. No level ii so not sure if one mm is camped on the offer. Never looked like gapping up though.. Funding details for the next project and revenues needed. "T"
Yep... my last top up. "T"
..on no trades reported and after the decent trade late yesterday afternoon. Maybe a chunky sale still to be reported ? No momentum for the SP to recover as of yet. "T"
Profit ? Take away dealing costs and its a small loss...! No one making a profit at these level's.... still think the funding RNS for the next projects is the one we need to see. "T"
StephenFryUp... did you hear anything back on the funding question for Cerra Bayo ? Hope they're not consolidating all their news for one single RNS.These small company's never learn to play the AIM market game.... Out of interest, who do you contact at the company ? Do you have Tim Adams's e-mail address ? Thanks "T"
There was the RNS on 17/10/14 entitled 'PPA signed to provide power to Cerro Bayo Gold and Silver mine, Chile', where it stated : Construction of the project is, subject to financing, due to start in the next few months and commercial operations are expected to start by April 2015. Would have thought we would have heard about funding on this one by now though ? "T"
Thanks, I was aware of this RNS. What I was really asking is there any 'field work' imminent... all that was referenced in the RNS is dependant on one thing or another... but have RAME the 'GO' on the next project ? I can't find that they have ? "T"
Is there anything in the public domain regarding the next project and is it imminent ? Seen a lot that involves administrative stuff, but is their anything in the pipeline at the stage of implementation / installation after the 15MW project is up and running? Would be great to hear about further funding like you say... $300m of projects planned by a company with only a £9m market cap is pretty impressive, if they get it done ! "T"
.. that the BID didn't gap up and the ASK will slowly come down to make a more reasonable spread (not a bad thing I suppose). Common MM tactic to stifle trade. "T"
