Anyone remember the holding thresholds you need to report at on AIM. Are there any once under 5%? Also how many days do you have to report crossing of these threshold's?
And are there any threshold reporting on US market.
Interesting watch, I knew about their use of AI to work out chance of winning but didn’t realise they also used it to look through thousand of pages of document to work out who said/did what as far as the paper trail goes. Very smart
I’m trying to find where I heard that this year we will be seeing a lot more PR announcements relating to Burford. Let’s hope this is the start as likely will do wonders for the share price.
Anyone know where I might have seen that ?
Here’s a link to podcast on Burford AI

I’m thinking the decision was partly priced in already as expectations were for a substantial bond/retainer in some form. So the only new unexpected news is using YPF as a bond. In the end I assume they will end up on the 5th with no protection from Burford taking international assets as unlikely they will accept the terms. However it really does look like negotiation will have to start in earnest. I can’t see any other option.
I would have preferred the RNS description not emphasising the no bond in the way it did as that’s not the reality.
