Agree with all that. I do wish that RM and the team wouls become a bit more savvy commercially. MercK/AZ/GSK etc are paying trialist for going on trials. USA is rammed full of people hospitalised with C19. As we only need the last 80 or so patients to complete the 610 cohort for SPRINTER, why are we not offering incentives for potential patients to join trial. If offered say, $8000 USD on entry, this would fill in next 10 days in USA !!! and results could be published pre XMas !!

I've said many times before that I can not trade. So I'll wait till early 2022 for the P3 real McCoy results and let everyone's minds be blown away. If A2 drops us, so be it, like in football, form is temporary, class is permanent. And our class will shine through in the BIG ONE !!!!

I am not suggesting stopping the trial. I am only suggesting we do what Merck have done and intervene before trial completion. We would only unblind completed >500+ patients conducted to date and all the statistical analysis. This would be an 'interim' data set and not really far of the 660 that was trying to be achieved by November. The full set could then have further analysis when remaining trialists have completed.

I'm certain the indications from 520 out of 660 in full i.e. >78% of full complement would give an accurate interim assessment and would be justified in saving many lives of patients in hospital where RM and Sir Stephen Holgate have both said our drug is amazing and 'puts the fire out'

Just watching Merck news on all news channels, which is cutting hospitalisation by 50% which is great news based on 775 patients half of which placebo i.e. pill given to approx 380 trialists. However, an independent group of medical experts monitoring the trial recommended stopping it early because the interim results were so encouraging.

My question to RM and the BoD is : why cannot we also recommend intervening and reviewing the interim data set of G3 with >500 patients and this would give a major decision on effectiveness of drug and if it shows the type of results shown in P2 request the same EUA as Merck are requesting of FDA ? this would mean, if effective our drug could be given to many patients pre XMAS period when in the depths of respiratory issues that are bound to happen !

The Phase III SPRINTER trial of SNG001 is progressing well, with the last patient expected to
be enrolled during November. SNG001 is an inhaled, broad-spectrum antiviral interferon beta
(IFN-beta) formulation, which is delivered directly to the lower respiratory tract, stimulating the
lungs’ immune defences, and has an established safety profile. Positive data from this trial
would represent a major breakthrough in the battle against COVID-19. To ensure we can get
this treatment to patients as quickly as possible, we are preparing to engage the US FDA on a
potential application for Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) and have aligned with partners
with COVID-19 expertise for distribution and in-market support.”

Positive results from in vitro studies showing antiviral activity of IFN-beta against key
COVID-19 variants, with further testing underway !!

•Combined data from the hospital and home cohorts of Synairgen’s Phase II study
showed that the more breathless patients are significantly more likely (>3 fold) to
recover on SNG001 than placebo
• Phase II recruitment completed for study of SNG001 in the ongoing US government
funded ACTIV-2 trial evaluating patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms in
the home setting. Results are being assessed to determine whether SNG001 will be
progressed into the Phase III part of this Phase II/III trial

• Cash balances of £46.21 million

Remember Lancet published best in class P2. I think the P3 will be BLOCKBUSTER and am ready for how this will save many lives and skyrocket our SP.

Tyla - my concern has always been progreession tp A2 P3 definitely not guaranteed based on our home trial results which showed ........not much !

I'm waiting for the global P3 and this will be brilliant in hospitalised patients. However, we should be braced for further drops !

If 1.30 or 1.20 so be it, will not affect my holdings :-)
