The FDA do INSIST on numerous things. Keep to facts Nolupus. They insist on compliance with the various CFRs, failure to do so, without doubt causes serious issues for Sponsor NDA's.

Lovely 2nd RNS. AS I said yesterday, the FDA will want this drug to get commercialised and are clearly being very supportive to Avion in realising the best route to market. IMHO this drug will be a gamechanger !!!

I'm sure they will be very 'compliant' with FDA recommendations. Avion want success. As we all do. There is a significant unmet medical need wrt this condition. I hope the drug finally gets to market. In the end, I am strongly of the opinion that it will, but with all things, hurdles are there for normally a very good reason.

I think it should be remembered that Benlysta (GSK_ and Saphnelo (AZ) both act by targetting and destroying specific immune cells. The former was only approved in July 2021 and achieved sales of $1.2 Billion (just 6 months) !!!

However our drug has a very different MOA and targets the actual cause rather than suppressing the symptoms.

I believe still Lupuzor has a good chance and FDA are trying to give 'focussed' positive advice to improve chances of regulatory approval. Hope the next RNS is good for all LTH's :-)

Avion also know that a successful P3 will earn them in excess of $1 Billion revenue on Lupuzor, as demonstrated much better efficacy than current market competitor. So although I'm current wazzed off, the potential is massive !!!!
